Reservations and inquiries with Nippon Rent-A-Car Guam can be made via the Internet, such as using our website, and telephone. We recommend using our Reservation form in our website to make your requests.
Internet
When using the reservation / inquiry form on this website, please take note of these terms. We will contact you by email within 3 business days after confirming your application. * If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please email [email protected] with your reservation number. Note: If you make a reservation on the Internet, please email us for any cancellations or questions. Check your spam box or junk box in case you do not see emails from us in your inbox. Contact us if you do not receive a reply from us within three business days. Please make a reservation by phone with Nippon Rent-A-Car Guam TEL 1-671-646-1243 (office hours 8:30- 17:00). * If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone with your reservation number.
Cancellation fee
50% cancellation on the day of use in Guam, 100% cancellation on the day of use during peak season (12 / 25-1 / 7, 4 / 29-5 / 6, 8 / 7-8 / 20). Please note that a cancellation fee of 50% will be required. Please note that refunds and discounts are not possible for early cancellations and early returns after the start of rental car use.
About transfer service
Request during office hours (8:30-17:00), we offer a free pick-up service as follows. Available pick-up time 8:45-16:30.
Hotel
Please call the Nippon Rent-A-Car main office to reconfirm the pick-up. Alternatively, please call us after 8:30 in the morning of the day of use. After confirming your reservation, we will pick you up at the hotel. (Time required between each hotel and main office: Approximately 5-10 minutes.)
- Hotels in the Tumon and Tamuning area will be picked up free of charge.
- Leo Palace and Starts will be charged a $ 25 transfer. (Available pick-up time from 9:00 to 15:30)
Airport
After arriving at the airport, please call the Nippon Rent-A-Car Main Office. We will pick you up in about 20 minutes. (Available pickup time 9:00 - 16.30)
- When picking up at the airport, the actual cost of $ 9.00 per person will be charged as an airport facility usage fee.
- Please note that we will not accept pick-ups after 16:30.

About the contract
Please apply for a rental car contract at the Nippon Rent-A-Car office. Pick-up service is available only in the main office.
About Age Limit
If you are under the age of 21, must buy CDW, ZDS and LUW upon rental.
What you need to have ready
- Valid driver's license. If you stay in Guam for less than a month, you can drive with a valid driver's license.
- Credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER, JCB, DINERS, DISCOVER). At the time of contract, we will temporarily hold $100 from the card as a rental car fee plus a deposit.
- If you do not have vehicle insurance CDW and ZDS, you will be charged a rental car fee plus a deposit of $200 upon rental.
- It is possible to pay the rental car fee in cash at the time of return, but when renting a car, all rental car fees including the deposit will be contracted only with a credit card.
